"No Orlando Brewing beers contain any animal products or bi-products. In fact, with the exception of just four brews a year, we brew in strict accordance to the German Purity Law of 1516 meaning we only use four ingredients in our beers: water, hops, yeast and malted barley. Those other four, dubbed the "Violator Series" contain only local, organic fruit and spices. We are also a USDA Certified Organic microbrewery so none of our beers contain insecticides, pesticides, GMOs, sewage sludge, irradiation or microwaving."
