"Our beer does not contain any animal ingredients or animal-dervied processing aids. Once in a while (nothing currently), we will use honey, but the beer will generally be sold with that descriptor. None of our current beer recipes call for any honey though, although I am a bit surprised that honey is included as an animal ingredient.….either way, we don't use it presently. Also, yeast is a single cell organism, but I assume that does not count. All of our beer is made here locally in Normal, Bloomington and Champaign."
