"Our beers are vegan-friendly. No animal ingredients or animal derived products are used in our brewing process.

We selected 2 products for our brewery so we could be vegan-friendly:
(1) Whirlfloc is a kettle additive that is concentrated carrageenan made from eucheuma seawead. It's used to help precipitate proteins in the kettle to improve beer clarity and flavor.
(2) Biofine Clear is purified colloidal solution of silicic acid (SiO2) in water that is used to naturally clarify beer in a Bright tank and eliminates the need for filtration."
