Henschke White wines is Not Vegan Friendly

"While we use minimal chemicals in the winemaking process, we do use fining agents on our white wines, normally isinglass... While it is much rarer to require fining on red wines, there are occasions that we apply this process to our red wines, usually the lighter style varieties such as pinot noir and nebbiolo, but it can also be applied on heavier bodied reds depending on each vintage. "Most of our red wines are vegan friendly however if egg has been used in the fining the back label will list it. Here at Henschke we use minimal intervention as our winemaking process aims to be as close to traditional methods with as possible."
