"We have never claimed that are beers are vegan, purely because they are not. The process of bottling involves initial fining with isinglass in 1,000 litre IBC’s. these are then shipped off to the bottler where the clear beer is drained off, then filtered to remove 100% yeast organisms and then re-seeded with clean yeast organisms of a different strain, immediately prior to bottling."
