"We do not use any finings to clarify our beer. We use a plate filter but nothing like isinglass or gelatin.

None of our beers are made with honey. Here is a rundown for you.

These three are made with barley, hops, yeast, and water:
Twisted X - Premium Lager
Cow Creek - Dark Lager
Chupahopra - IPA

These have other things added as listed here:
Fuego - Jalapeno Pilsner
Siesta - Prickly Pear Lager
Senior Viejo - Imperial Black Lager aged with Tequila Oak
Holiday Ale - Dark Wheat Beer with Pecans and Raspberries"
