"Papagayo organic rums are made from estate-grown and processed certified organic sugar cane. The color in Papagayo Spiced Rum comes from six years of aging in oak. After it is aged, it is blended with a tincture of organic vanilla, ginger, and chili pepper for a light and balanced spice." [note that caramel is no longer included]
