Company email (October 2012):
"All our cask ales use Isinglass finings. The Isinglass sinks to the bottom of the cask with the yeast so it isn't drunk with the beer - unless it hasn't gone clear!
Our bottled beers are unfined and bottle conditioned - except for Space Hoppy IPA which has used Isinglass as a settling aid before filtration.
Brickworks bitter has been brewed under license by The Library Brewery in Winter Park, Colorado, USA but it only went into keg, so unless you're planning a ski-trip out there, it is probably not worth checking if they fine it with isinglass!"
