"In talking with our winemaker he says that our Chardonnay, Viognier, and Sommet Blanc never use these products. Also our reds usually do not use them except for very rarely an egg white fining which means that the egg does not actually go into the wine but is rather used to strip away tannins. Its like using a wrapper that was made with an animal product; you wouldn't be consuming it as its only a component to the process."
