"At Brookvale Union we love animals more than our cider and ginger beer. We do have a trained monkey who scratches backs and cleans up rubbish off the floor but we don’t use him to make our products in anyway. Nor do we use any other animal products.
Whether this is for dietary / health reasons, a good moral conscience or just general interest you can rest assure because no animal products are used."
