"I do not use any fining agents in any of the beers, and no ingredients like lactose that are animal derived. The one exception is last year's Beauty and the Bees Honey Vienna Lager which actually contained raw local honey. I have a couple of other beers labeled with honey, but they are grain based. It's unlikely I will make that beer again as it was quite costly."
