"We have two beers that contain Lactose, our Cream Ales. Everything else is brewed with the normal four ingredients, malt/water/yeats/hops. A few beers are steeped in an ingredient after fermentation. Belgian Blonde steeped in Basil Leaves. Stout steeped in cocoa nibs. "
