"We do use some lactose in our beers, but it’s listed on the label.
We may use honey at some point in the future but none of our beers currently have it.
Our enzymes are alpha and beta amylases (naturally occurring in the malt).
Our fining agent is Polyclar Brewbrite – composite of purified food-grade carrageenan and specially modified polyvinyl polypyrrolidone (PVPP).
Past that we use water, hops, malt, and yeast primarily."
