"In onze bieren gaat alleen water, mout, hop, gist én koriander. Er wordt zo nu en dan wel een heel klein beetje melkzuur toegevoegd om de pH bij te sturen. Dit is max. 100 ml op 700 liter, dus 0,01%. Onze melkzuur is overigens helemaal vegan (afkomstig uit maiszetmeel). Verder wordt er niks toegevoegd.
Onze bieren worden alleen door ons geproduceerd, volgens ons recept. "
