"Almost all of our beers are suitable for vegans, except Black Mamba (it's a milk stout because it contains lactose), Anubis (contains honey) and usually when we make sour beers, the souring process is made by microorganisms that make yoghurt from milk. (I'm not sure if they need yoghurt to isolate the microorganisms or not.) Sour Rise is only sour because of the passionfruit."
