"I walked into their premises and spoke to a very friendly worker. He told me that he’d tried to use a vegan alternative to finnings but that it had not been successful for them. Upon further thought he said that their bottled beers are all vegan as they are taken from the cask after a settling time but before any finnings are added. So, although their cask beers are not suitable their bottled beers are all vegan. He did hope that in the future they may be able to use a vegan alternative for all of their processes." [note: they make a milk stout]
