"Our products do not use any process aids that contain gelatins or isinglass. Our only process aid uses a seaweed extract. We have used honey in some of our brews but they are few and far between and would be specified as containing honey. In one line of our brews (cream ale series and tiramisu porter) we use lactose which I derived from milk. All other beers use only malted Grain, hops, water and yeast."
