NOTE: In September 2018 Lone Star partnered with the Texas Trophy Hunters Association: https://www.ttha.com/articles/lone-star-beer-partners-with-ttha/
Company email (September 2013): re: National Bohemian
"Natty Boh uses no animal based products during processing or in the beer. Natty Boh is made at one brewery located on the East Coast."
Company email (May 2013): re: Rainier
"Thank you for your inquiry concerning the ingredients of Pabst Beer. Pabst products are brewed using a blend of malted barley and special corn syrup—(Not high fructose corn syrup.) hops, filtered water, and cultured yeast. Our syrup is made of carbohydrates and some simple sugars like dextrose and maltose. The sugars are fermented into alcohol and CO2, and the carbohydrates, both from the corn syrup and the malt, remain in the beers as flavor, color and body components. This product is NOT a gluten free product due to the barley brewed in. No animal products.
Our products are brewed in the United States and shipped to other countries. The only brewery that is outside the US is in China, they produced Pabst 1844, this is not owned or brewed by Pabst Brewing Company. The rights for the product are owned by the Chinese company"
