Company email (December 2022)
"I can confirm that the Raleigh Brewing Company uses no animal products or animal product derivatives as processing aids in our beer.
Some of our small batch, taproom-only beers do contain animal products in the recipe. A recent milkshake IPA contained lactose, for example. Our serving staff are made aware of all adjuncts in each beer, and taproom signage also makes this information available to our customers."
Company Email (July 2021)
I am with Raleigh Brewing Company and it has been brought to my attention that some of our products are listed as not vegan friendly. That was the case 6 years ago when they were added but that has changed. We do not make anything using is isinglass or diatamaceous earth as filtering or any other method. We have a centrifuge that drops out any solids.
Company email (February 2015):
"Great idea and thanks for providing such a handy resource for our vegan customers.
Vegan-friendly beers:
House of Clay Rye IPA
Blatherskite Scottish Ale
City of Blokes Bitter
Hidden Pipe Porter
Hidden Pipe Porter w/ Oak City Roasters coffee
The Miller's Toll Imperial Oatmeal Stout
The First Squeeze Wheat Beer
Dear Old Dixie Pale Ale
Most of our one-time batches of beer are vegan-friendly as well.
Not vegan-friendly beers:
Moravian Rhapsody Czech Pilsener
Hell Yes Ma'am Belgian Golden Strong
Holiday Bash"
