"As for our beers; they are indeed vegan. However, we do not label them as such to avoid any further labeling requirements. Our beers are unfiltered and unpastuerized. We do add a fining agent post-fermentation, however, it is a vegan product. We use BioFine Clear (http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/biofine-clear-1-oz.html) check out the link for some basic info.

As we move forward with the brewery and continue to brew more styles and explore more beers we will absolutely make it apparent if we have added anything that might be of dietary or allergy concern (lactose for milk stouts, nuts, non-vegan products, etc)."
