"we don't currently but I'm aiming to use gelatin in my next brew to reduce the chill haze." "As it stand, we don't use any in our brews, so you're safe. I'll keep this in mind for future brews. If it means you get a less then clear beer, but you can drink it, then it's worth it. Anyway, I'll make sure to let it be known which brews contain non-vegetarian ingredients."
