"We just went through our list of ingredients. Other than the obvious - malt/grains/yeast - we use yeast nutrient, some spices, some minerals to adjust the water. We do not use isinglass - we use a derivative of irish moss and a filter. We only use honey in our Hunny Blonde Ale."
