"We use only isinglas finings in our draught beer. Our bottled beers are vegan-friendly (no isinglass). Whilst in most of our beers there are no addatives (brewed with malted grain, hops, water & yeast) some, especially our Christmas beers, have added spices & fruit.
It is my aim to brew as natural a product as possible, which incidentally, gives a "cleaner" flavour.
All our beers are produced at our brewery in Horsham & all bottled beers are bottled on site."
