"We don't use any animal products in any of our beers, with the exception of
the Castle Hill Summer Barley Wine, a special ale we brewed as part of a
four beer series. This barley wine style ale was brewed with honey.

In fact, we've drawn criticism from a few people who run the New England
Real Ale Exposition (NERAX) for refusing to use isinglass or gelatin in our
casks. So if you come across any of our casks, you can be sure that they're
free of animal products that are often used in casks produced by other
breweries."
