Kübler Absinthe is exclusively produced with herbs and plants from the Val-de-Travers region grown by local farmers.
It is distilled using the same traditional method that has been used for over one hundred years.
Absinthe is traditionally a distilled, highly alcoholic (45%-85% ABV) beverage. It is an anise-flavored spirit derived from herbs, including the flowers and leaves of the herb Artemisia absinthium.
It contains no animal products.
