"As a general rule, we’re not adding anything clarify. If we’re going for that crystal-clear look, it will be through aging or screen filtering. Any additive outside of the normal water chemistry (lactose, gluten reduction agents, fruits/nuts/spices, etc.) will be very obvious in the beer menus and displays." [Doesn't look like they're officially open yet, so waiting on an actual beer list that we can flag as lactose-free]
