"The majority of our beers are, and will be vegan-friendly, and are produced using only natural ingredients.
"However, We will have a few beers that contain lactose, which we add to the boil to provide unfermentable sugars and increase sweetness. As our brewery and processes are quite sanitary, cross-contamination is not a concern with this particular ingredient. We will always advertise accordingly to inform vegans and lactose-intolerant folks that a product contains lactose.
"All of our beers are unfiltered, and we do not use isinglass or gelatin. The only fining product we use is Biofine Clear - a vegan-friendly fining additive."
