"I believe perhaps you are referring to the fining of wine which uses some of these item you mentioned. Please rest reassured that none of our vintages has ever been fined. Our super-traditional method to clear the wine uses only time and gravity first and then mechanical filtration... I can reassure you that our wine is made 100% with grapes. Only 100% Texas grapes."
