"As one of the first (6) six 100% European vinifera vineyards on the East Coast, Sand Castle has been producing vegan wine products since its inception in 1974. We rely on gravity clarifying with takes up to two years for the wines to filter prior to bottling to ensure top vegan quality fermentation. We do not use a fining process nor do our product contain any animal byproducts. In fact, we opened a vegan restaurant called TASTE Vegan this year in Phoenixville, PA."
