"I have never used isinglass or gelatin in the fining stage of the winemaking process.
We have no plans to use them at this time. Each season demands something different of the grapes and wine, so I do not know exactly what some future vintage might need.
But of all the fining agents we might use, these two are the most unlikely to be employed."
