"Regards Tiki Wines, our Pinot Noir is fined generally with egg whites although only a very light amount in order to retain some tannin. This in theory would ensure no residual egg white in the wine however the warning is still in place on the label as we are unable to test for this. All our white wines are fined with isinglass."
