"All of our house made beers currently on tap are vegan. We usually have 8-10 on tap. We use polycar as a stabilizer/clarifier which is derived from seaweed. I can not guarantee our guest taps (usually two ciders and two beers) are gelatin and isinglass free, which are common clarifying agents."
