Verboten Beers is Unknown

"I received the below information about a new brewery opening up soon in Loveland, Colorado. It sounds like most of their beers will be vegan, but I know they'll be a brewery focused on experimental beers, so people probably need to check in before visiting."

"Thanks for your interest and we are excited to get underway soon.
I am by no means an expert on vegan, but from what I understand most beers in the main ingredients are vegan as it starts with water, malt, hops, and yeast, but some beers like milk stouts and the use of gelatin fining ingredients would probably not make it vegan anymore. We start with these ingredients and expand from there, some beers like our Caramel Porter are these 4 ingredients with Caramel added, in which we make our own with just sugar and water. For instance our Lemongrass Wit is just the four ingredients including wheat, Indian Coriander, Grains of Paradise, Orange and Lemon Peel. As far as fining, we use Whirfloc which is a natural product made from an enhanced blend of Irish Moss and purified carrageenan- (family of linear sulfated polysaccharides that are extracted from red seaweeds)."
