"I do not use any fining agents in the production of our wine. Although I would be hard pressed to claim my wines as completely vegan due to the fact we do not use pesticides in the vineyards. This allows for healthy insect populations that are then often caught up in the harvesting and processing of the grapes. But as far as bird and mammal products, I don't use any during production or bottling."
